Yes, I'm still working on my donkeys. I've been blindsided, sideswiped, rear-ended, and run over by Fatigue, Personal Sick, and Family Sick, and so had no time or energy for art. Decided to pull out my drawing tablet* and play around with digital illustrating. I no longer have Photoshop, only PSE, now that I have a Mac, and despite being a stripped down version, PSE is different enough to what I'm used to that I feel like I've never used the program before. Despite the simplicity of the design I came up with, my wrists weren't very happy with the papercutting. I wasn't thinking about my tendonitis but about my very dull cutter blade when I decided to keep my image simple, and I'm glad I didn't try for anything more delicate ( Read more... )

Yet another long day. A get-together that was supposed to last 2.5 hrs tops ran to 5 hrs, so I felt a bit rushed with this one.  I wasn't even intending to do another watercolor today but didn't have time for my other idea.
